Are you an energetic and goal-oriented recruiter looking to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team at Mayflower! In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing to successful placements. 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct screening and interviews with potential candidates, ensuring alignment with both cultural and professional requirements.
  • Responsible management of the Huntflow database.
  • Ensuring compliance with SLA and KPI requirements.
  • Assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize your communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Tech/IT recruitment.
  • Experience in closing back-office positions, including Legal, Finance, and HR.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience, from job briefing to accepted offer.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain partnership relationships with hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking expertise with a proven track record of successful international hires, including experience with relocation processes.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian.

  • You know how to find the best candidates in Cyprus.

Recruitment process

  1. HR interview (1 hour);
  2. Interview with a team (1 hour);
  3. Final Interview with HRD (1 hour).
