Are you an energetic and goal-oriented recruiter looking to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team at Mayflower! In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing to successful placements. 

We offer a 3-month contract. If we have a match, we will be happy to invite you to join our team on a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct screening and interviews with potential candidates, ensuring alignment with both cultural and professional requirements.
  • Utilize your communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Effectively leverage recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, proficiency in Russian and Greek is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Tech/IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking expertise with a proven track record of successful international hires, including relocation processes.

  • You know how to find the best candidates in Cyprus.

Recruitment process

  1. HR interview (1 hour);
  2. Interview with a team (1 hour);
  3. Final Interview with HRD (1 hour).
