Are you an energetic and goal-oriented recruiter looking to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic team at Mayflower! In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing to successful placements.
We offer a 3-month contract. If we have a match, we will be happy to invite you to join our team on a permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct screening and interviews with potential candidates, ensuring alignment with both cultural and professional requirements.
- Utilize your communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive candidate experience.
- Effectively leverage recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, proficiency in Russian and Greek is an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Tech/IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking expertise with a proven track record of successful international hires, including relocation processes.

Recruitment process
- HR interview (1 hour);
- Interview with a team (1 hour);
- Final Interview with HRD (1 hour).
