We are looking for a Head of Workplace Experience who will join our team in Limassol office.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Leadership:

  • Develop and drive the workplace strategy in line with company goals.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align workplace strategy with business priorities.
  • Lead, support, and develop the team (office administration, facilities and services), setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Work closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth and efficient cross-functional processes.

Office Operations & Projects:

  • Oversee approaches to day-to-day office operations, including security, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Optimize space and office design to support productivity and growth based on data, metrics, and other key inputs.
  • Promote sustainable practices such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible procurement.
  • Lead major workplace projects, including the design and opening of new offices.

Budgeting and Vendor Management:

  • Own and manage the workplace budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.

Workplace Environment:

  • Ensure the workplace is safe, comfortable, and well-equipped for all employees.
  • Deliver workplace initiatives that improve daily experience, wellbeing, and overall satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior workplace/administration management role, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering workplace improvements.
  • Good knowledge of workplace compliance, procurement, and health & safety practices.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.
  • Clear communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels of the company.
  • Skilled at solving problems and making sound, strategic decisions.
  • Ability and proven experience to use data and metrics to guide workplace strategy and show impact.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Experience opening new offices.
  • Background in employee experience/hospitality, showing a people-first approach.
  • Exposure to tech-driven workplace solutions (IoT, smart building systems, workplace analytics).
