Our team is developing a payment gateway for accepting funds from users on behalf of merchants, as well as sending funds from merchants to users. The system involves storing user payment data and is subject to PCI DSS compliance. It contains multiple integrations with payment systems, providers, and other gateways and processors, including 3DS.


We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the growing Payment Gateway project. The company offers an excellent working environment, a competitive remuneration package, and the chance to work for a developing international company.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard newly signed clients into the Payment Gateway product, partly assist with integration if needed;
  • Manage, support and grow a portfolio of merchants;
  • Facilitate current customers to achieve KPIs using Payment Gateway's orchestration solution;
  • Track customer's success, review performance, provide insights on potential improvements;
  • Upsell new features / payment solutions.

Requirements

  • Business development experience in tech (preferably fintech), 1-2 years at least;
  • Key Accounts management / customer success or similar experience in customer facing roles, 2-3 years at least;
  • Experience in payments is a must, 2 years at least;
  • Excellent communication, planning, customer centric approach, risk management, problem-solving, cross-team collaboration;
  • Fluent English + one of European languages as a plus.

Qualifications that can be a plus:

  • Exposure to high-risk sector.
