  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment — from defining the hiring profile to successful offer acceptance — with international hiring and relocation experience.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers, providing guidance, influencing decision-making, and training them on recruitment best practices.
  • Solid skills in managing recruitment pipelines: planning, forecasting, and ensuring a consistent flow of candidates.
  • Experience with recruitment analytics: working with metrics (time to hire, conversion rates, offer acceptance rate) and using data to improve processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and in-depth knowledge of international talent markets.
  • Fluency in English and Russian
