We are looking for a senior Kanban delivery manager who will help make the work flow predictable throughout the organization, not just within individual teams. This role is about end-to-end transparency, service thinking, process consistency, and scalable improvements.
You will work closely with C-level, department heads, project managers, and team leaders - not taking away their areas of responsibility, but creating common rules of the game.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolution of Kanban practices at the organizational level: rules, flow management, policies, roles, metrics, visualizations, cadences;
- Diagnostics of current processes in various functions (development, product development, HR, finance, marketing, R&D, etc.) in terms of service interactions;
- The implementation of system approaches using STATIK, Flight Levels, and KMM (Kanban Maturity Model) - the goal is to bring the organization to ML3 and beyond;
- Create and adapt frameworks for visualizing work, measuring progress, and managing blockers/dependencies;
- Support project managers and team leaders in adapting common rules at the area and stream levels;
- Participation in the launch and development of internal initiatives for organizational development and adaptive management system.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Stream Leader, Kanban Coach, Lean/Agile Consultant or similar role;
- Successful experience working not with one team, but with several at the same time (from 3 teams and above);
- Participation in transformations at the level of streams, departments, or the entire organization;
- Excellent knowledge of Kanban and related tools: STATIK, KMM, Flight Levels;
- Skills of systems thinking, work flow diagnostics, and service approach;
- Understanding how to work with top management and line managers, without taking away functions, but strengthening their interaction;
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, basic visualization and process configuration skills.
Is a plus:
- Experience in a product or technology company with a complex structure;
- Facilitation and coaching skills;
- KMP, KMM, and Enterprise Delivery Manager certification.
