Responsibilities

  • Regular auditing of website and admin panel functionalities related to user content/broadcast moderation and review (including direct use of website functionality with verification of system and moderator action chains after these actions), followed by analysis of results and proposals for process changes;
  • Auditing of moderation and customer support procedures and instructions to identify potential safety breaches and other risks;
  • Verification of data in internal databases and other sources for compliance with GDPR, DMCA, and other regulations;
  • Collaboration with Product Management, Legal, Moderation, and Support, and other teams in identifying, prioritizing, and finding solutions for problems;
  • Identify inefficiencies, quality risks, and compliance gaps; perform root-cause analysis;
  • Plan and run internal simulation exercises to validate process robustness;
  • Produce clear, data-driven reports and track remediation actions;
  • Develop and deliver training sessions or materials based on audit insights;
  • Monitor global and regional regulatory changes;
  • Work with Legal to update processes proactively.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., DSA, COPPA, GDPR, ISO 27001);
  • 3+ years in process auditing, risk analysis, quality assurance, or similar roles in operational risk management or compliance auditing;
  • Strong systems thinking: ability to model complex workflows and trace error propagation;
  • Excellent analytical skills: comfortable working with qualitative observations and quantitative metrics;
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with high emotional intelligence;
  • Proven experience driving process improvements through collaboration;
  • Fluent English for report writing and cross-team discussions.

Can be a plus:

  • Background in operational risk management or compliance auditing;
  • Experience in support or moderation quality processes, trust & safety, or similar fields.
