As an Office Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness of all office spaces, restocking snacks and toiletries, and performing regular upkeep tasks to maintain a pleasant and hygienic work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Office Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all office areas, conference rooms, bar area and common spaces;
  • Restocking Supplies: Regularly restock snacks in the break areas and maintain an inventory of toilet consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels;
  • Upkeep of Office Environment: Ensure all areas of the office are kept tidy and presentable, addressing any immediate cleaning needs and reporting maintenance issues as necessary;
  • Waste Management: Empty trash bins and recycling containers, ensuring proper disposal and recycling practices are followed;
  • Being proactive in identifying areas that need attention and responding promptly to cleaning requests from office staff.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle tasks across two locations;
  • Good communication skills to interact with office staff and report any issues or supply needs;
  • Reliability and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
