We are looking an Office Manager in HelpDesk department provides technical support and assistance to employees, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution of IT-related issues.


Our Office Manager oversees administrative tasks, coordinates office activities, and supports staff needs, contributing to a well-organized and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team;
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and equipped;
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed;
  • Supervise office cleaning and maintenance;
  • Perform Procurement Processes;
  • Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and expense management;
  • Process invoices, track expenses;
  • Act as a liaison between staff and management;
  • Organise Office based events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or a related administrative role;
  • English and Greek are mandatory. Russian is plus;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Basic accounting knowledge;
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and fast evolving environment;
  • Adaptability and proactiveness.
