Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement.


We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.


We are looking for a UI/UX Designer.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly admin panels and CRM systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in product and marketing design.
  • Create new user flows and interfaces within the admin panel to improve usability and functionality.
  • Continuously analyze and suggest UI/UX improvements based on design expertise and user feedback.
  • Design landing pages and one-pagers aligned with product goals and brand identity.
  • Select and curate visual assets (images, icons, illustrations) for websites and marketing materials.
  • Create engaging banners (static and animated GIFs) for various digital campaigns.
  • Prepare print-ready materials (banners, roll-ups, and other promotional assets).

Examples of current tasks:

  • UI kit organization and standardization.
  • Designing and proposing new UI/UX flows based on business requirements.
  • Developing creative concepts for marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Proven experience designing CRM systems and B2B admin panels.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology.
  • English and Russian languages proficiency.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Freelance experience and strong self-management.
