We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Procurement Manager to build and lead our procurement function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the procurement strategy, define processes, select tools, and drive cost efficiencies across the organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, operations, and business unit leads to build a scalable procurement infrastructure that supports our growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing procurement activities across various categories and delivering measurable value to the organization. You must be comfortable working in an environment of ambiguity, rapid change, uncertainty of process, and highly variable projects across numerous diverse categories.
Procurement Function Setup
Establish purchase request, approval, and vendor onboarding workflows
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
Oversee the sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers as needed.
Category Management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide procurement expertise to meet objectives.
Cost Optimization and Reporting
Provide regular reports to Procurement leadership on procurement performance and cost savings achieved.
