Project Manager

Project Management

Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement.

We are looking for a structured and flexible Project Manager who will become part of the company's project office and help build transparent, coordinated and predictable interaction between development teams, product lines and business functions.

This role is not about delivering features within a single team, but about the interaction between teams and functions, launching cross—functional projects and building system work at the junctions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide internal initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring measurable impact, alignment across departments, and clarity of scope;
  • Support the launch, execution, and closure of temporary and cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, structure, and goals;
  • Facilitate high-level planning activities, and support alignment between business priorities and execution;
  • Track project and initiative-level timelines, manage shifting priorities, and support expectation-setting with stakeholders;
  • Work with data to define and analyze key performance indicators (time to market, lead-time, throughput, etc) and use them to guide improvements;
  • Partner with Department Heads, Team Leads, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to optimize value streams, resolve process challenges, and build sustainable team dynamics;
  • Drive process diagnostics using STATIK and promote continuous improvement by implementing Scaled Kanban, relevant tools, and suitable practices;
  • Apply Kanban practices for flow-based delivery at area and stream levels;
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards and tooling practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro) that promote consistency, accessibility, and long-term knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a delivery or project manager in a product or technology company;
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple teams (development, data analytics, legal, marketing, finance, etc.);
  • The ability to build frameworks, structures, processes, and not just manage already configured team tools and events;
  • Experience in supporting organizational and cross-functional initiatives;
  • Understanding the principles of Kanban, visualization of work, and flow control;
  • Ownership of Jira or other issue-tracker, Confluence;
  • High level of independence, initiative and ability to keep focus.

As a plus:

  • Knowledge of Kanban frameworks: STATIK, KMM, Flight Levels;
  • Work experience in PMO or similar structural functions;
  • Skills of facilitation, resistance management, and change implementation.
