Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide internal initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring measurable impact, alignment across departments, and clarity of scope;
  • Support the launch, execution, and closure of temporary and cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, structure, and goals;
  • Facilitate high-level planning activities, and support alignment between business priorities and execution;
  • Track project and initiative-level timelines, manage shifting priorities, and support expectation-setting with stakeholders;
  • Work with data to define and analyze key performance indicators (time to market, lead-time, throughput, etc) and use them to guide improvements;
  • Partner with Department Heads, Team Leads, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to optimize value streams, resolve process challenges, and build sustainable team dynamics;
  • Drive process diagnostics using STATIK and promote continuous improvement by implementing Scaled Kanban, relevant tools, and suitable practices;
  • Apply Kanban practices for flow-based delivery at area and stream levels;
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards and tooling practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro) that promote consistency, accessibility, and long-term knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a delivery or project manager in a product or technology company;
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple teams (development, data analytics, legal, marketing, finance, etc.);
  • The ability to build frameworks, structures, processes, and not just manage already configured team tools and events;
  • Experience in supporting organizational and cross-functional initiatives;
  • Understanding the principles of Kanban, visualization of work, and flow control;
  • Ownership of Jira or other issue-tracker, Confluence;
  • High level of independence, initiative and ability to keep focus.

As a plus:

  • Knowledge of Kanban frameworks: STATIK, KMM, Flight Levels;
  • Work experience in PMO or similar structural functions;
  • Skills of facilitation, resistance management, and change implementation.
