We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Content and Channel Strategy Execution:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with the brand platform and connect with both consumers and talent. Tailor approach across Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Social Calendar and Campaign Coordination:

  • Manage a social media calendar, aligning posts and promotions with the Brand Marketing Manager’s broader campaign timelines.

Engagement and Community Building:

  • Actively engage with followers, moderating discussions and fostering a positive community aligned with the brand’s image and values.

Collaborate with Talent and Partners:

  • Work closely with talent, influencers, and content partners to develop collaborative content that resonates with followers and reflects the brand.

Data Insights, Sentiment Analysis, and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance, including sentiment analysis and audience feedback. Present insights to the Brand Marketing Manager to optimize future content strategies.

Trend Awareness and Adaptability:

  • Stay current with social media trends and platform updates, testing new content formats to optimize engagement.

Cross-Channel Integration and Crisis Management:

  • Ensure cohesive messaging across channels and escalate sensitive situations as needed, maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on brand strategy, content execution, and audience engagement.
  • Proven success in developing a brand presence and engaging diverse audiences across Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Strong grasp of content and channel strategies, tailored to each platform’s nuances.
  • Creative and culturally aware, with a deep understanding of current trends, internet culture, and social media dynamics.
  • Skilled in collaborating with talent, partners, and teams such as community and brand marketing.
  • Proficient in social media insights tools, including sentiment analysis, and experienced in adapting strategies based on data and audience feedback.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Experience collaborating with content partners or influencers.
  • Background in community-driven brands or high-engagement platforms.
  • Experience creating engaging, high-quality “lo-fi” content, especially in live event settings, with the ability to make spontaneous, unpolished content feel professional and aligned with brand standards.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools for minor adjustments.
