Responsibilities
- Leading a team of AI/ML engineers
- Tracking technologies in AI/ML
- Developing PoC (proof-of-concept) solutions, prototypes, and architectures for new AI services
- Continuously improving existing AI systems
- Designing and optimizing architectures for interaction with LLMs
- Enhancing chatbot performance and improving image/video generation quality
Requirements
2+ years of practical Team Lead
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- Experience with Agent, RAG and multimodal LLMs
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience building ML pipelines and integrating models into production
- Experience developing services using RAG and vector databases
Practical experience with image/video generation using Stable Diffusion
- Understanding of GPU-based inference and performance optimization
Qualification that can be a plus:
- A Master’s degree in a field related to AI/MLOther
