In this role you'll lead our high performing team of Recruiters and drive talent acquisition strategy to achieve Mayflower hiring plans. You will partner with the Leaders across a span of Tech, Product Management, Growth, Operations and other functions to help them source and attract top candidates. With a focus on building and executing to high standards, you'll make sure our teams can rely on you as a strategic and trusted partner.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver international talent acquisition strategy for Mayflower;
  • Lead a team of Recruiters and Recruitment agencies to fulfill our recruitment requirements and build a long-term talent pipeline;
  • Partner with Team Leaders and HRBPs to understand their hiring needs, and propose solutions to achieve our ambitious business goals;
  • Ensure all candidates are treated with the utmost care and respect and have the best candidate experience with Mayflower. Your team will design and improve the recruitment process, and educate Hiring Teams on what a best candidate experience looks like;
  • Build and roll out various training programs to ensure we keep a focus on cultivating a community of pro hiring managers and interviewers;
  • Be an interview expert for our teams and actively participate in interviews for leadership roles;
  • Set up reporting on the overall hiring performance against all open and projected hiring plans. Generate insights through data analysis to ensure we are committed to continuous improvement on our recruitment strategy and practices, as well as identify new recruitment opportunities;
  • Participate in the career fairs and networking events to enhance our presence in tech communities and build partnerships with recruiters and agency partnerships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a recruiting and sourcing capacity across the Tech/IT industry;
  • 2+ years building and managing highly performing recruitment teams (including remote individuals). As a leader, you focus on unlocking your teams for success, foster a highly collaborative environment and coach individuals to support their growth;
  • Experience building meaningful partnerships with leaders throughout the businesses you've supported;
  • Experience building and presenting compelling data-informed business cases;
  • Mindset of getting things done through collaboration & positive influence;
  • Solid industry and talent networks to support our sourcing requirements with your experience and relationships;
  • Experienced with ATS (Greenhouse or comparable) and CRM (e.g. Tableau comparable);
  • Fluency in English.

Recruitment process

  1. HR interview (40 minutes);
  2. Interview with HRD (40 minutes);
  3. Interview with HR Team Leads (1 hour);
  4. Final interview with talent acquisition team (40 minutes).
