We are seeking a skilled and experienced Jira Administrator to join our Inhouse team.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, support, and configure Jira;
  • Create and manage custom workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards;
  • Integrate Jira with other tools and platforms as required;
  • Utilize ScriptRunner/Automation/etc for Jira to create custom scripts and automate tasks;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and build effective processes that align with goals;
  • Analyze and assess current systems and processes, recommending and implementing improvements;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira and related applications;
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or in a similar role (at least 2 years of experience);
  • Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, and configurations;
  • Proficiency in using ScriptRunner for Jira to create and manage custom scripts;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong critical thinking skills to assess and improve systems and processes;
  • Qualification that can be a plus:
  • Certification in Jira Administration is preferred but not required;
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript is preferred but not required

Recruitment process

  • HR interview (40 min);
  • Interview with the hiring manager (1 hour);
  • Test assignment;
  • Final interview (1 hour).
