We are looking for a Data Analyst who will join our team in Limassol office.
Responsibilities
- Preparing data reports for external regulators and various internal departments regarding legal-related data;
- Creating and managing new and existing Tableau charts and dashboards related to moderation and support actions;
- Maintaining constant communication with the Product Manager and Moderation team leads, handling their requests for data extraction;
- Communicating with the product team regarding analytics for newly implemented tasks;
- Conducting research on existing moderation and support functionality to identify potential improvements and discussing them with the Product Manager;
- Implementing new events and properties that need to be tracked;
- Soft skills: solution-oriented, strong communication, and critical thinking.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role;
- Excellent proficiency in SQL;
- Strong knowledge of Python;
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, or similar);
- Understanding of metrics and the ability to create them from scratch;
- Advanced skills in documentation creation and requirements gathering;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail.
Qualification that can be a plus:
- Familiarity with data modeling principles and best practices;
- Possession of data engineering competencies;
- Experience working with GitLab;
- Experience with Airflow.
