We are looking for a Supervisor for the Asian Community.


We already have a large community in the US / Central Asian Cooperation / South Korea / Japan / Latin America / Europe / Australia.


We use English for our general communication and we are responsible for making our community thrive and feel comfortable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall development of the Asian direction on the site (Japan, China, Korea);
  • Direct communication with the product team and brand marketing team, participation in discussions of new features;
  • Liaison of community managers with other departments (traffic) in the Asian market's growth;
  • Managing a department of community managers who are already working with China, Japan, and Korea;
  • Help create and plan various campaigns for content creators from these countries.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Japanese at the level of a native speaker;
  • Proficiency in Chinese or Korean at B1/B2 level or higher.
  • Strong and fluent written communication skills.
  • Deep cultural awareness of Japan, China/Korea, and the Pacific region, including industry-specific nuances.
  • Experience in community management and working with content creators or online platforms.
