We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs;
  • Use Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, M code) and BI tools to clean, transform, analyze, and visualize data;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design reports that are clear, actionable, and aligned with business needs;
  • Extract, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, databases, etc.);
  • Consolidate and organize data into consistent, easy-to-use formats for reporting;
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across all reporting systems;
  • Maintain documentation of report logic, data sources, and methodology;
  • Work with IT, finance, and business teams to unify data structures and naming conventions;
  • Support integrations and mapping to improve reporting accuracy;
  • Standardize how reporting requests are collected, approved, and delivered;
  • Support automation of existing manual reports using BI tools or scripting;
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve data flows and reporting efficiency;
  • Act as the go-to person for reporting issues or ad-hoc analysis;
  • Present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field;
  • 2+ years in FP&A or other financial reporting roles;
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Models, M Code); financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
  • Understanding of master data and experience data standardization and unification across multiple systems;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central, NetSuite, SAP);
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded with strong communication skills;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.

Recruitment process
