Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify hiring needs, amplify key roles, and ensure consistent messaging across candidate touchpoints;
  • Actively initiate and support branding activities that contribute to the top of the recruitment funnel, increasing inbound interest from relevant talent segments;
  • Plan and execute targeted candidate attraction campaigns using digital marketing tools (e.g., paid ads, social media targeting, content partnerships);
  • Manage and grow corporate social media pages (LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Twitter, etc.);
  • Create, oversee, and personally produce content (articles, posts, videos, podcasts, and other materials) to strengthen the employer brand across multiple platforms;
  • Manage and maintain the Careers website and similar platforms, ensuring a consistent brand style and messaging. Oversee and respond to employer reviews to shape a positive company reputation;
  • Lead special projects, including organizing and executing employer branding events, tech meetups, conferences, etc. to engage and retain top talent;
  • Metrics & Insights: Analyze hiring and branding metrics to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in employer branding, DevRel or digital HR marketing;
  • Platform Skills: Advanced knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, Glassdoor, Reddit and others;
  • Creative Collaboration: Strong project management skills, especially with designers and content creators;
  • Metrics-Driven: Expertise in measuring of HR brand metrics;
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling, writing, and branding skills.

Recruitment process

  1. HR interview (30 minutes);
  2. Interview with Team Lead of HR Brand & Events (40 minutes);
  3. Test task;
  4. Final interview (1 hour).
