We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries;
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies;
  • Create and manage invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts;
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports (income statements and balance sheets) if needed;
  • Preparation and submission of VAT (OSS, VIES) and other VAT declarations;
  • Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits, providing necessary documentation;
  • Other ad-hoc duties and tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in accounting and finance, Economics or another related field;
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting is essential;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Experience with payment processors and transaction reconciliation will be considered an advantage;
  • Knowledge of VAT will be considered an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central 365 software will be considered an advantage;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a team.
