We’re looking for a Head of PMO to take our Project Management Office to the next level — expanding it beyond IT to improve business processes across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Transform the PMO by expanding its scope to optimize end-to-end business processes across teams and departments;
  • Define and track performance metrics to continuously improve team effectiveness;
  • Develop and implement a PMO strategy aligned with company goals to keep teams focused and working towards the same objectives;
  • Analyze existing approaches, establish best practices and create company-wide process standards to ensure consistency and efficiency;
  • Lead the PMO team, helping them set and achieve goals, grow their expertise and contribution to business success;
  • Develop approaches for managing company-wide initiatives such as new IT system implementations, integrating transparent goal-setting frameworks across the company, and other strategic projects;
  • Partner with leadership and different teams (engineering, product, HR, finance, legal) to align priorities and drive impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
  • Experience setting up and managing goal-setting frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, etc.);
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro and Excel;
  • Deep understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) with practical implementation experience;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation skills;
  • Hands-on experience in building and improving company-wide business processes, not just in development;
  • Fluent English, comfortable working in an international environment;
  • Positive and energetic approach, committed to continuous improvement;
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a focus on business impact and risk management.
