We are looking for an experienced backend developer who will join our team in Limassol office.
Responsibilities
- Development of new and support for existing business tasks;
- Profiling and optimization of solutions;
- Code coverage with Unit and API tests.
An opportunity to apply your knowledge to diverse tasks for a high-load product. Here are some examples of current project evolution tasks:
- Implementation of Event Sourcing (Kafka);
- Migration of applications to Kubernetes;
- Widespread adoption of ML/CV.
Requirements
- PHP development experience of at least 5 years (current project version: PHP 8.2);
- PHP, MySQL – fluent knowledge;
- REST API – design and implementation;
- Unit and functional tests – understanding their purpose, ability, and willingness to write them;
- Debugging, profiling, and optimizing PHP code – practical experience;
- Sharding and replication – understanding principles, advantages, and disadvantages;
- Data structures – ability to select the right one for a specific task.
