Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support, including phone calls, documents handling, and other ad hoc duties as required;
  • Handling email and external communication. Filtering emails, responding on their behalf when appropriate, paying for bills & invoices, and bringing critical emails to the Director’s attention;
  • Event coordination. Assisting in the planning and execution of events that the Director is hosting or attending, which can range from internal company meetings to external networking events. Reminding of the upcoming important events;
  • Travel arrangement, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and visa applications;
  • Confidentiality maintenance. Handling sensitive information with discretion, ensuring that confidential materials are kept secure and not disclosed to unauthorized individuals;
  • Handling personal tasks. Saving time assisting with personal tasks, such as reservations or family-related matters.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively with all types of audiences;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to move quickly when needed and function effectively under pressure;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and calendar management tools;
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent time management skills;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Accounting knowledge
