We are confidently growing every by X2 per year and successfully mastering it in different formats (as of the last - VR), implementing solutions based on ML algorithms, and developing experimental directions.


Currently looking for a Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Platform Strategy: Drive the strategic roadmap for the streaming platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth objectives.
  • Product Metrics and Insights: Define and track performance metrics, using analytics and user feedback to continually improve and innovate.
  • Research and Product Development: Conduct research and gather insights to understand industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance the streaming experience.
  • Product Specifications: Develop detailed product specifications, defining clear requirements that align with team capabilities and strategic goals.
  • User Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users to inform continuous improvements and refine the platform.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and other product managers to ensure alignment across different product lines.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, analysts, and developers to execute on the platform vision.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements in streaming, integrating relevant innovations.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within game-dev or entertainment digital products.
  • Proven experience in developing and enhancing platform features with a focus on quality and performance.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and analytics, with an eye for creating an exceptional user experience.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Passion for streaming technology and a commitment to delivering user-centered, high-quality experiences.

Recruitment process
