We are confidently growing every by X2 per year and successfully mastering it in different formats (as of the last - VR), implementing solutions based on ML algorithms, and developing experimental directions.
Looking for a Product Manager to join our VR Department
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of VR experience on product using WebXR technology, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Define and track key metrics to evaluate the success of VR features, utilizing analytics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough research, including user insights and analytics, to identify opportunities and bottlenecks in the VR domain.
- Craft detailed product specifications with clear scoping and requirements, aligning with the team's capabilities and strategic objectives.
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with users through various channels to gather feedback and insights, integrating these into product development.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and fellow product managers, ensuring alignment and synergy across different product lines.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in VR and WebXR, applying this knowledge to drive innovation in our product offerings.
- Managing a team of designers, business analysts, product analysts, and developers.
- Cooperate with other product managers from non-VR products.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a preference for candidates with experience in VR products.
- Demonstrated ability in breaking down complex projects into manageable components, creating user stories, and coordinating with development teams.
- Exceptional knowledge of user experience (UX) design and analytics, with a keen understanding of what constitutes excellent design.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, such as Amplitude, to inform data-driven decision-making.
- A creative and confident communicator capable of expressing complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and scope effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- A passion for VR technology and a commitment to creating engaging, user-centered VR experiences.
