Responsibilities

Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Management

  • Implement workforce planning strategies to support business needs and organizational growth;
  • Partner with managers in organizational design to review and confirm organizational changes, job descriptions, and internal mobility cases.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Provide guidance and support on performance management and succession planning processes, ensuring alignment with company goals;
  • Manage employee relations cases, advising managers on best practices, conflict resolution, and compliance;
  • Support eNPS action plans to enhance team engagement;
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new managers, introducing them to HR processes, company culture, and leadership expectations.

Programs & Leadership Initiatives

  • Review and provide insights on employee experience programs to ensure they align with business needs and enhance engagement and retention;
  • Lead and drive leadership development initiatives, fostering strong people management capabilities within the company.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing and implementing organisational changes, including workforce planning and internal mobility strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with performance management, leadership development, mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with executive management, providing strategic HR support and insights.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
  • Solid knowledge of key HR metrics and analysis methods.
  • Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B), including both material and non-material motivation, and participation in salary reviews.

  2. Interview with Lead HR BP (1 hour);
  3. Test task;
  4. Interview with team;
  5. Final interview with HRD.
