We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Relaunch and manage a global e-commerce storefront, emphasizing high-quality, premium merchandise selections to drive growth and profitability.
  • Implement and oversee an efficient white-label e-commerce solution that supports seamless integration with multiple global suppliers.
  • Regularly source, curate, and release high-quality seasonal merchandise collections.
  • Manage digital merchandising, inventory planning, product listings, and ensure optimal user experience and conversion.
  • Work collaboratively with brand and marketing teams to ensure promotional strategies enhance store visibility and align with premium brand positioning.
  • Analyze product performance metrics regularly, optimizing merchandise strategy based on global market trends and consumer insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing global e-commerce operations, particularly in launching or scaling online retail platforms.
  • Expertise in evaluating and managing premium-quality products, including direct vendor and manufacturer sourcing.
  • Proficiency in global digital merchandising, product optimization, inventory management systems, and international logistics.
  • Proven experience in coordinating closely with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and content that drive global sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize store performance and merchandising strategies based on sales data and market insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong taste and understanding of premium product quality.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Fluent business English.
