Mayflower is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Producer to drive the execution and coordination of our global marketing efforts. This role will be the operational nerve center of the marketing team—ensuring campaigns, content, events, and cross-functional initiatives are delivered on time, at a high standard, and with seamless collaboration across teams.

The Marketing Producer will play a critical role in keeping marketing engine running efficiently and scaling alongside our growth. Working closely with Brand Marketing, Product, Content, Community, and User Acquisition teams, this person will thrive on aligning stakeholders, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring flawless execution.

The Marketing Producer will implement team workflows and processes based on PMO standards and company guidelines, ensuring their effective day-to-day application, identifying gaps, and driving execution to deliver high-impact marketing work.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational hub for the Brand, Content, Product, and Community teams to ensure integrated marketing execution. Manage project timelines, oversee task prioritization, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track and manage the production of all marketing deliverables, including campaign assets, feature announcements, social content, and event materials. Ensure work is delivered on time and adheres to brand standards.
  • Coordinate UX writing and content production processes between Content and Product teams to support product updates and feature releases. Ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Oversee the preparation of event-related marketing materials, ensuring alignment between Brand, Content, and Community teams. Track progress and manage dependencies leading up to events.
  • Apply PMO-defined processes and identify day-to-day operational gaps. Refine workflows as needed to improve efficiency in campaign execution and marketing production.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, blockers, and milestones. Maintain structured documentation and progress tracking for marketing projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing production, operations, or integrated campaign management, ideally within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven track record in coordinating multi-team marketing efforts across brand, content, product, and community teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing across teams and ensuring alignment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira) and collaborative platforms.
  • Experience ensuring high-quality delivery of marketing assets, content, and campaigns.
