The mission is to simplify payments and make it easier for merchants to reach global customers.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Architects;
  • Reading and analyzing source code as part of requirements elaboration for extending and modifying functionality;
  • Formalizing requirements and decomposing them into technical specifications, epics, and development tasks;
  • Writing Tech notes and QA notes for tasks;
  • Structuring and linking tasks correctly within task management tools (Jira);
  • Analyzing and clarifying questions from developers regarding tasks and requirements;
  • Preparing and updating technical and analytical documentation;
  • Participating in architectural analysis and decision-making;
  • Facilitating effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and architects;
  • Participating in the approval of requirements and technical solutions;
  • Conducting meetings and demonstrations to present and discuss solutions;
  • Assist QA engineers in defining test cases and verifying task compliance with requirements.

It can be a plus:

  • Experience as a developer;
  • Experience with payment systems, gateways, ERP, and CRM systems;
  • Proficiency with modeling tools (UML, BPMN);
  • Understanding and practical experience with microservice architecture;
  • Knowledge and experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL);
  • Experience in high-load system projects;
  • Experience with discovery phase and early-stage system analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a System Analyst;
  • Ability to read and analyze source code (preferably Kotlin);
  • Experience in task specification and decomposition, preparation of technical and analytical documents;
  • Proficiency with task management tools (Jira, Confluence);
  • Experience writing technical specifications and analytical documentation;
  • Strong communication skills with business teams;
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with architects, developers, and QA engineers;
  • Fluent English (B2+ minimum), both spoken and written;
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
