We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Specialist to grow our North American community. You will be the bridge between our product team and the community, ensuring our users are engaged, heard, and supported. This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing community in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

Community Support, Community Engagement & Retention:

  • Respond to inquiries, providing timely and helpful guidance on platform usage.
  • Proactively engage with the community to foster trust and build a strong, positive relationship.
  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and culturally relevant environment.
  • Provide support to other departments when needed.

Training & Educational Support:

  • Localize and adapt existing training materials (guides, FAQs, visual content) for the regional community.
  • Contribute to the creation of easy-to-understand, accessible community-facing documentation.
  • Support the Risk team by helping educate users on platform rules and compliance.

Feedback Collection & Market Insights:

  • Gather structured feedback from the community regarding platform features and user experience.
  • Support new feature rollouts by communicating updates clearly.

Requirements

  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager, Content Manager, or Social Media Manager in an online project.
  • Strong knowledge of Discord (proficiency a major plus).
  • Excellent writing skills - highly literate, attentive, and empathetic, with a keen sense of community sentiment.
  • Proactive and self-driven - you take ownership and act without waiting for direction.
  • Outstanding communication skills - diplomatic, open-minded, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, fostering trust, and creating an environment of psychological safety
