We are looking for a driven Integrations Specialist / Analyst with experience in fintech and a deep understanding of payment orchestration platforms or acquirers. You’ll be responsible for expanding our market presence by targeting potential merchants in key industries across the EU.

Responsibilities

  • Interaction with New Partners: Collaborate closely with new partners to facilitate the integration process of acquiring cards and other products, such as APMs. This involves effective communication and coordination to ensure smooth onboarding and integration;
  • Documentation Maintenance: Take ownership of maintaining and updating documentation related to integration processes, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Task Assignment: Liaise with the development department to assign tasks related to technical integration with partners. This includes identifying technical requirements and coordinating development efforts to meet integration milestones;
  • Integration Process Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring and control mechanisms to track the progress of integration projects. Proactively identify and address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery and successful integration;
  • Merchant Consultation: Provide technical consultation and support to merchants on integrating with UpGate API. This involves offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and best practices to facilitate smooth integration experiences for merchants.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in integration management or a similar role within the payment industry;
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and APIs;
  • Decent English speaking skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Working knowledge of external and internal integration APIs (REST, SOAP);
  • Understanding sequence diagrams and top-level architecture (mid+);
  • Understanding the technical principles of data exchange;
  • Knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, fixed width.
