We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead strategic planning, cross-team coordination, and process improvement across product, tech, and organizational domains. You will drive the implementation of scalable workflows and internal initiatives, ensuring clear alignment with business goals and measurable impact across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Team Leads, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to optimize workflows, resolve process challenges, and build sustainable team dynamics;
  • Drive process diagnostics, risk management, and continuous improvement by introducing and scaling frameworks, tools, and best practices;
  • Facilitate high-level planning activities, coordinate estimates and timelines, and support alignment between business priorities and execution;
  • Track project and initiative-level timelines, manage shifting priorities, and support expectation-setting with stakeholders;
  • Work with analytics to define and analyze key performance indicators (time to market, velocity etc) and use data to guide improvements;
  • Support the launch, execution, and closure of temporary and cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, structure, and goals;
  • Lead and manage company-wide internal initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring clarity of scope, coordination across departments, and measurable impact;
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards and tooling practices (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro) that promote consistency, accessibility, and long-term knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably in tech or cross-functional environments;
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proven track record of managing timelines, risk, and complex dependencies;
  • Ability to drive process improvement and foster team accountability;
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.);
  • Analytical mindset with experience in metrics-driven decision-making.

Can be a plus:

  • Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);
  • Familiarity with OKRs or other goal-setting methodologies;
  • Experience supporting multiple teams or projects simultaneously;
  • Knowledge management experience and establishing documentation standards;
  • Experience working with BI tools and product/team performance metrics.

Recruitment process
