As an People Experience Manager at Mayflower, you will support our HR programs and systems that help Mayflower talents grow, develop, and succeed. Your experience and expertise will ramp up core HR initiatives and contribute by fostering an environment where our employees thrive. You will level up Mayflower and provide the necessary support that our team members need to deliver.

Responsibilities

Craft an exceptional Mayflower onboarding experience

  • Partner with HR and Back-office teams to deliver a seamless and memorable onboarding journey for Mayflower newcomers.
  • Oversee all aspects of onboarding, including preparing documentation, producing and distributing personalized welcome kits, and coordinating engaging onboarding sessions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering their questions and providing guidance throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Continuously refine the onboarding process by gathering and acting on feedback to enhance the experience for future hires.

2. Create impactful team-building events

  • Collaborate with HRBPs to plan and execute team-building activities that align with company culture and goals.
  • Research and secure the best options for venues, catering, transportation, and event infrastructure to ensure a flawless experience.
  • Collect participant feedback post-events and use it to elevate future team-building initiatives.

3. Contribute, lead and support in people experience projects

  • when applicable, contribute / lead systems search, change, implementation to enhance people experience;
  • actively be involved in people experience projects.

4. Maintain Mayflower’s People calendar

  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date calendar of Mayflower people events and programs, ensuring visibility and accessibility.
  • Issue timely and relevant communications in partnership with HR stakeholders to keep employees informed and engaged.

5. Elevate the HR knowledge base

  • Continuously design, update, and improve the company’s HR knowledge base to make it accurate, user-friendly, and easy to navigate.
  • Implement creative solutions to ensure the knowledge base becomes a go-to resource for employees seeking HR information.

6. Deliver clear and engaging HR communications to employees

  • Manage communications within the scope of responsibilities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with Mayflower’s values and aligned with HR stakeholders (HR Brand, HRBPs, other teams).
  • Create and distribute announcements, updates, and guidelines that resonate with employees and foster connection and transparency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles in onboarding / adaptation / employee experience, project/program management areas, HR Generalist roles;
  • Proven ability to support and implement programs / initiatives / processes that enhance employees experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities focused on process improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable, with a keen interest in continuous development and learning.
  • Proactive in finding solutions and proposing ideas for improvement.

Recruitment process

  • Interview with HR (1 hour);
  • Technical interview (1 hour);
  • Test task;
  • Final interview (45 minutes).
