As an HR Programs Manager at Mayflower, you will support our HR programs and systems that help Mayflower talents grow, develop, and succeed. Your experience and expertise will ramp up core HR initiatives and contribute by fostering an environment where our employees thrive. You will level up Mayflower and provide the necessary support that our team members need to deliver.

Responsibilities

Program Development & Implementation:

  • Implement programs and resources to guide employees about company-wide people initiatives. Analyze metrics to measure its progress and effectiveness.
  • Design and execute HR programs that enhance employee experience across the entire lifecycle, focusing on performance management, engagement, HR processes and projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring each initiative aligns with company values and strategic goals.

Coordination & Management:

  • Collaborate closely with HR BP team, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of HR programs with business objectives.
  • Oversee program logistics, manage resources and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful implementation.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR program initiatives, providing regular updates and transparent communication to stakeholders.
  • Develop effective communication strategies to promote HR programs, driving engagement and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities by facilitation both project teams and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence:

  • Monitor program outcomes through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance employee satisfaction and program effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to ensure process excellence and continuously improve HR services and programs delivery using HR tools and systems.
  • Use of HR systems and constant improvement of HR team / employees' experience in using them.

Change Management & Support:

  • Manage change initiatives, preparing employees and managers for new HR programs through training sessions, resources, and ongoing support.
  • Act as a champion for change, promoting the benefits of HR programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in senior HR roles in project management area, HR project and programs;
  • Proven ability to manage and execute HR projects that enhance employees experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail-oriented project management and process improvement.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in HR data analytics;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
  • Adaptable, with a keen interest in continuous development and learning;
  • Proactive in finding solutions and proposing ideas for improvement.

Recruitment process

  • Interview with HR (1 hour);
  • Technical interview (1 hour);
  • Test task;
  • Final interview (45 minutes).
