Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement.

Our global IT products are made by an in-house team of passionate techies. They love working hard to deliver the best user experience. Improving features until they perform excellently is in our DNA. We profit from our work, but money doesn’t directly dictate our development. We’re up for experiments — that’s how we stay the industry pioneers.

We are proud of our core and supporting products like our own payment system, AR/VR, Machine Learning, Computer Vision expertise, and more.

We’re opening a new role on our People Experience team — a team dedicated to building programs that strengthen employees’ sense of belonging and make Mayflower a place where people want to stay and grow. This is a new direction for us: you’ll help design, launch, and evolve initiatives that truly improve the employee experience, while tracking their real impact on engagement and retention metrics.
We’re looking for someone who either already has — or wants to develop — a product mindset: someone curious, iterative, and eager to see how programs land, improve them, and measure results.

Responsibilities

  • Craft an onboarding experience;

    Help newcomers feel welcome and supported from pre‑boarding through their first weeks. Manage logistics like documentation, welcome kits, and onboarding sessions, and continually improve the process based on feedback.

  • Shape the way employees experience internal communications;
    You’ll ensure employees stay informed, engaged, and connected by managing how messages and initiatives reach them. You’ll use tools like HR Digest, People Calendar, HR Knowledge Base, and a consistent communications approach to deliver the right information at the right time — creating a seamless experience for employees.
  • Design and deliver memorable employee events
    Coordinate events (both online and offline) that bring people together — from teambuilding sessions to celebrations. Manage vendors, logistics, and budgets, and collect feedback to improve future events;
  • Lead People Experience projects.
    Play a key role in PX initiatives. Example projects might include: upgrade of relocation support, launching engagement initiatives, or piloting wellbeing programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, internal communications, events, or project management — or a combination of these;
  • A product‑oriented mindset: you think in terms of outcomes, look for ways to improve people experience, and measure what works;
  • Communication skills that drive collaboration: you write simply and clearly, but also know how to align and connect with different teams to move projects forward together;
  • Process‑minded — you challenge the status quo and look for simpler, better ways to do things;
  • English level B2 or higher — able to confidently communicate with colleagues and craft messages in English;
  • Curiosity and adaptability — ready to learn, test, and grow in the field of People Experience and Engagement;
  • A true team player — you align, and coordinate across functions, because almost every project in this role depends on others.

Conditions

  • A steep springboard for personal and professional growth;
  • Employment contract under EU law, fully white salary, work visa for 3 years, company support in obtaining work visas for family members;
  • Developing your professional competencies through courses and/or conferences;
  • Language courses, mindfulness webinars, corporate discounts on Coursera and other platforms, corporate incentive programs;
  • Free catering in the office, and a free cafeteria with a health bar;
  • The equipped office in the center of the city;
  • Medical insurance for the whole family, mobile package, support with the purchase of a car, and covering of school/kindergartens expenses;
  • Modern MacBook;
  • The possibility of self-realization, and the possibility to influence technical decisions making;
  • Big friendly community, IT international teams, corporate events, team buildings, and hackathons.

It can be a plus:

* Experience with Confluence or similar knowledge‑base tools.

* Familiarity with setting up automations (e.g. notifications, workflows) to streamline processes.

* Experience in organizing events on Cyprus or familiarity with local event specifics (venues, vendors).

Recruitment process

  • Interview with HR (1 hour);
  • Technical interview (1 hour);
  • Test task;
  • Final interview (45 minutes).
