Mayflower is looking for a talented and versatile Brand Designer to join our growing creative team.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused design role ideal for a detail-oriented visual thinker with strong design fundamentals, a collaborative spirit, and a sharp eye for brand storytelling. You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Designer to produce high-quality assets that support everything from social media and campaigns to event activations and merchandise drops.

Responsibilities

  • Create brand-aligned visual assets across a range of formats, including social media content, marketing campaigns, internal comms, and light motion graphics;
  • Support the Senior Brand Designer in translating high-level creative direction into polished deliverables;
  • Assist in the design and layout of event branding assets, signage, and environmental visuals for live experiences;
  • Contribute to branded merchandise and promotional items (e.g., apparel, stickers, awards, etc.);
  • Work within established brand guidelines while bringing creativity and craftsmanship to every touchpoint;
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing, content, social, and events teams to deliver consistent and timely visual support.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio of polished, brand-aligned work;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for After Effects or motion experience;
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy;
  • Experience creating assets across digital and print formats (e.g., social media, slide decks, posters, signage);
  • Meticulous attention to detail and pride in production accuracy;
  • Collaborative, feedback-friendly, and comfortable working under a lead designer.

Would be a good plus:

  • Experience designing for live events, activations, apparel, or branded merchandise;
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or short-form video editing;
  • Interest in lifestyle, entertainment, or creator-centric brand spaces.
