We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning, Organization, and Project Management:

  • Develop and manage year-round marketing campaigns, covering product news, feature launches, community programs, and commercial promotions.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure each activation aligns with strategic goals and is executed efficiently across all channels.

Content and Channel Strategy Coordination:

  • Build and implement cohesive content and channel strategies for each campaign, working closely with social media, graphic design, and content teams to ensure consistency and engagement.
  • Brief the external copy team to align messaging with brand objectives across all platforms.

Promotions and Product Feature Marketing:

  • Plan and execute campaigns for product feature releases and commercial promotions (e.g., token sales), ensuring comprehensive visibility and engagement across social, community, and digital channels.

News, Event, and Product Campaign Activation:

  • Drive the execution of content for product news, feature marketing, and events.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure campaign messaging effectively captures brand objectives and resonates with audiences across all touchpoints.

Brief and Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams for Marketing Campaigns:

  • Brief and synchronize efforts with social media, content, events, and community teams, ensuring all campaign elements align for cohesive and impactful execution.

Plan and Execute High-Impact Marketing Activations:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive approach to campaign activations, orchestrating brand promotions that deliver both immediate engagement and sustained brand growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management, content strategy, or brand marketing, with expertise in planning and executing live service or always-on campaigns.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing year-round marketing initiatives, with the ability to plan both regular activations and occasional high-impact campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of orchestrating cross-functional collaboration in a small team environment, while balancing strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • A creative marketing mindset with experience generating fresh ideas for content, campaigns, and engagement that resonate with audiences.
  • Knowledge of content strategy, with the ability to brief and work closely with social media, design, and community teams to bring campaigns to life across various channels.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, including PR, content, and creative partners, ensuring third-party work aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Experience with community-driven brands or grassroots marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital live service platforms or entertainment brands, particularly in always-on marketing contexts.
  • Experience with data-driven campaign adjustments, using analytics tools to refine campaign strategies based on performance.
