• Plan, execute, and oversee projects using best practices and methodologies;
• Work closely with team leads, tech leads, product owners and product teams to allocate tasks and ensure smooth collaboration and meeting the deadlines;
• Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle execution for all stakeholders;
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans and status reports;
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements;
• Facilitate key team events and ensure clear communication across stakeholders;
• Anticipate risks and resolve challenges during project execution.

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation skills for effectively conducting work sessions and meetings;
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, solving problems and achieving goals;
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing existing processes to improve efficiency and team performance;
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is a plus.
