We are seeking an experienced Brand Designer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Build Relationships with Product Teams:

  • Establish strong connections with product teams, positioning yourself as the bridge between product and marketing.
  • Leverage product team expertise to inform brand positioning, ensuring that product knowledge flows into marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to activate campaigns after brand briefs are completed.

Deliver Product Release Briefs:

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive product release and promotions briefs for the wider marketing and content teams, translating product insights into impactful messaging that captures both functional and emotional aspects of the brand.

Conduct Brand Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Engage in foundational brand research, including competitor analysis and market positioning, to build insights that support overall brand strategy and differentiate the brand in the market.

Gather and Synthesize Community and Support Insights:

  • Collect feedback from community and support teams, integrating these insights into brand strategy to enhance user connection and inform future initiatives.

Serve as the Marketing Point of Contact for Partnerships:

  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for brand marketing partnerships, ensuring that marketing collaborations align with the marketing strategy, partner objectives and brand values.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or product marketing, with expertise in both brand-building initiatives and product-aligned marketing activations.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, consumer insights, and product lifecycle, with experience aligning brand direction with product updates and campaign strategies.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with product, marketing, support, business development, and community teams to unify brand efforts across channels.
  • Demonstrated skills in conducting research, analyzing market trends, and gathering customer insights to guide brand and product marketing strategies.
  • Excellent briefing skills, with the ability to translate strategic brand direction into actionable briefs for marketing and creative teams.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Insight-Driven Mindset: Expertise in leveraging data analytics, consumer psychology, or market research to inform brand direction and adjust strategies based on real-time insights.
  • Background in Digital or Platform-Based Brands: Familiarity with brands that prioritize digital experiences, community engagement, or user-generated content.
  • Innovative Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with experience finding unique solutions to brand and market challenges.
  • Cultural Sensitivity and Adaptability: Experience working with diverse markets or cross-cultural teams, with a keen understanding of adapting brand messaging for a global audience.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong background in working with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align on brand vision, secure buy-in, and drive brand initiatives forward.

  2. Hiring Manager Interview (1 hour);
  3. Product Team Interview (1 hour);
