We are seeking an experienced Head of SEO to join our dynamic team team.
Responsibilities
- Craft SEO strategy that will be aligned with the business interests and values. Ability to prioritize according to potential benefits, but also complexity.
- Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, ensuring they are efficient in execution of SEO tasks.
- Conduct data-informed research to identify content gaps, opportunities and growth hacks, prioritizing based on business potential and SEO demand.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and other digital assets to enhance visibility and rankings on search engines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and brand marketing to integrate SEO best practices into all digital efforts.
- Stay current on SEO industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
- And remember, we’re creating products for people. Keep SEO efforts non-intrusive and ensure they don't compromise user experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing SEO strategies that improve search visibility and drive growth.
- Strong expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMRush, HubSpot, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in keyword research, content optimization, and SEO reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (native or equivalent).
