To solve complex and interesting architectural challenges, we are looking for an experienced backend developer to join the product team of a highload (200k+ RPS) project with a modern and evolving technology stack.

Responsibilities

  • Development and support of business tasks;
  • Work on infrastructure tasks;
  • Profiling and optimizing solutions;
  • Unit and API code coverage with tests;
  • Search for scaling solutions.

The opportunity to apply knowledge to diverse tasks for a high-load product. Several examples of current project evolution tasks include:

  • Refactoring complex parts of the project into Golang microservices;
  • Implementing the Event Sourcing (Kafka);
  • Migrating the applications to Kubernetes;
  • Universal implementation of ML/CV.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in PHP development (the current version of PHP in the project is 8.2);
  • PHP, MySQL - fluent;
  • REST API - design and implementation;
  • Unit and functional tests - understanding why they are needed, the ability and desire to write them;
  • Debugging, profiling, optimization of PHP code - practical experience;
  • Sharding, replication - understanding the principles, pros and cons;
  • Data structures - to be able to choose the right one for solving a specific task.

Recruitment process

  1. HR Interview (40 mins);
  2. Tech interview (1 hour);
  3. Test task (2-4 hours);
  4. Final interview (45 mins).
