We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Analytics to lead our product analytics department, encompassing Product Analytics, A/B Testing, Data Science/Advanced Analytics, and Analytical Infrastructure Departments.


The candidate will be responsible for driving the analytics strategy, ensuring data-driven insights are central to decision-making processes, identifying opportunities for improvements in product analytics, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data collected, and working closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with the company's business goals;
  • Take ownership over planning, prioritising and building the right data solutions that support business needs and drive towards commercially significant outcomes;
  • Influence change by presenting product data-driven insights to product management and senior leadership teams based on huge amounts of data;
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional partners and internal teams to deliver relevant and on-time solutions;
  • Revise and establish advanced operations processes for the analytics team;
  • Build new analytics and reporting capabilities to support product evaluation and operations;
  • Establish A/B testing processes across product teams;
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the team supporting the personal/professional growth of the team members, and pushing to foster a motivated, creative and exploratory environment;
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, ensuring that data insights are integral to decision-making processes;
  • Collaborate closely with the CPO, CEO, and various teams, including product development, marketing, and engineering, to support data-driven decisions and initiatives;
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements in product analytics to enhance user experience, optimize platform performance, and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, including at least 3 years in a leadership role;
  • Proven track record of managing analytics teams and projects in fast-paced, technology-driven environments;
  • Expertise in building strategies, upgrading analytical approaches, and implementing cutting-edge frameworks to optimize decision-making processes;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best-in-class analytics methodologies, including data accuracy, integrity assurance, and advanced techniques like machine learning, statistical analysis, and A/B testing;
  • Strong proficiency in data infrastructure, big data technologies, and tools that drive innovation and efficiency;
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable and impactful business strategies;
  • Deep understanding of digital entertainment and gaming sectors is a strong plus;
  • Passion for innovation and leveraging analytics to shape forward-thinking business outcomes.
