We are looking for an VIP Customer Success Specialist to work with us remotely!

Responsibilities

  • Working with our VIP customers;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints providing the best customer experience;
  • Investigate complaints, troubleshoot issues and identify trending problems;
  • Proactively reach out to customers and support them in their user journey;
  • Report bugs to the technical team.

Requirements

  • English (B2) is mandatory, German (C2) preferable;
  • 1+ year of relevant lead experience working as customer success / customer support;
  • Understanding of basic unit economics like retention/LTV;
  • Willingness to work on weekends and in different shifts (morning, evening, night);
