We are looking for a Business Analyst who will collaborate with stakeholders to collect and define payment-related business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and define payment-related business needs;
  • Ability to analyze business changes and make suggestions on their improvements;
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on payment data analytics to support business decisions;
  • Create clear and detailed documentation of payment processes, including payment methods, gateways, and fraud prevention mechanisms;
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams, ensuring accurate integration with payment systems;
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and product managers to deliver successful payment solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services (specifically payments);
  • Knowledge of payment workflows, transaction processing, and payment gateways;
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for payments and fraud (e.g., PCI DSS, AML, KYC), fraud monitoring tools, and systems (e.g., 3D Secure, chargeback management);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
  • Familiarity with database concepts, APIs, and system integrations;
  • Understanding of software development processes is a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
  • Proven track record of working with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving project requirements;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with fraud analysts, developers, and compliance teams to ensure systems are optimized for fraud prevention and seamless payment processing;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.

Can be a plus:

  • Basic understanding of programming languages and software architecture;
  • Experience working as a system analyst.

Recruitment process

  2. Technical interview (1 hour);
  3. Test task;
  4. Final Interview (45 minutes).
