We are seeking a Barista Supervisor at our Limassol office.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other related products with precision and consistency;
  • Customize drinks based on individual preferences, ensuring a personalized coffee experience for each team member;
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized bar environment and oversee health & safety regulations;
  • Schedule and coordinate barista shifts, arranging replacements when necessary;
  • Handle team requests and support overall team management. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of baristas to provide outstanding service;
  • Report to the Office Management Team Lead with updates on operations;
  • Manage beverage inventory, ensuring stock levels meet demand;
  • Provide friendly and prompt service to employees, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere;
  • Collaborate with office events and initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Barista Supervisor or in a similar leadership role;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Ability to manage schedules and adapt to operational changes.
  • Knowledge of Retail/Restaurant management system;
  • Proven experience as a barista;
  • Experience with inventory and stock management;
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
