We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Select video content: Work with analysts to identify top-performing free video content and define clear selection criteria.
  • Ensure content rights: Verify and document proper usage rights and permissions for redistribution.
  • Light video editing: Cut unnecessary footage, add logos, watermarks, and minor branding.
  • Prepare and organize publication materials: Create engaging titles, descriptions, links, and thumbnails.
  • Upload and manage content: Publish and manage a minimum of 30 videos per month across various video-sharing platforms.
  • Track performance: Monitor key metrics such as views and engagement, and generate regular performance reports.
  • Manage advertising content: Select content for advertising, gather required materials and metadata, create CSV files if needed, and maintain regular reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in content management;
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken);
  • Basic video editing skills (adding logos, watermarks);
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines;
  • Good understanding of content guidelines and publishing requirements;
  • Access to reliable high-speed Internet.

Qualifications that can be a plus:

  • Prior experience with uploading and optimizing videos for distribution platforms;
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO for video content, or performance tracking;
  • Understanding of content compliance;
  • Comfortable working across time zones, preferably close to Europe.
