We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Business Development Team.

Responsibilities

Identify and capitalize on BD opportunities:

  • Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to identify and attract partners in content production, traffic, technology, and hardware that align with business objectives and enhance efficiency.

Execute BD partnerships:

  • Work cross-functionally with partners and internal teams to implement BD initiatives across Brand Marketing, Growth, Product, and Tech.

Manage key studio relationships:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key studio partners, guiding them through the platform's features, rules, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with Support and Moderation teams to enhance the studio experience and resolve issues effectively.

Provide product-driven insights:

  • Collect feedback from studios and partners to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze trends, troubleshoot recurring issues, and provide actionable insights to the Product team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support Agent or Success Specialist role (handling chats, emails, and tickets).
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Experience in marketing (user acquisition, brand marketing, influencer management, PR, or product-aligned activations).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com).
  • Skills in market research and data analysis, including identifying industry trends and insights.
  • Additional languages are a big plus (Spanish, Romanian, Russian).
