We are seeking an experienced Brand Designer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Design and Production of Branded Content:

  • Develop cohesive, brand-aligned visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and website content, across both static and animated formats. Support cross-functional initiatives by creating adaptable designs that align with brand and marketing goals.

Event Design and Environmental Branding:

  • Create on-brand visual elements for live events, including stage setups, signage, and experiential branding. Ensure a seamless attendee experience that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values.

Merchandise and Product Design:

  • Design branded merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and physical items (e.g., awards, stickers) that connect with the brand’s identity and resonate with audiences.

Video and Motion Graphics:

  • Assist in producing engaging video and motion graphics content for social media and campaign promotions, supporting a dynamic brand presence across digital channels.

Collaborate Across Teams and Contribute to Brand Identity Development:

  • Partner with Social Media, Events, Brand Marketing, and Product teams to align all visual assets with brand objectives. Collaborate with the Product Team in evolving the brand's identity, building from their established visual direction while contributing creative insights. Work with other teams as needed to ensure consistency across all brand expressions.

Bring Innovation and Artistic Direction to Content and Projects:

  • Lead with a creative edge in developing visual content, from lo-fi social content to formal branded assets, fostering innovation in storytelling across both digital and physical formats.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital, print, and experiential work.
  • Strong artistic skills with an eye for aesthetics, color, and composition, combined with a deep understanding of brand identity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and other design software for both static and motion assets.
  • Experience designing across mediums, including social media, video, live event branding, and merchandise.
  • Ability to conceptualize artwork that balances brand standards with creativity, enhancing brand storytelling and engagement.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Experience in creating branded art, with an understanding of consistent brand design and cohesive visual identity across multiple platforms.
  • Experience in live event design, including stage setups and environmental branding.
  • Familiarity with merchandise design (e.g., apparel, accessories, awards) and promotional products.
  • Background in animation or video editing to support multimedia asset creation.
