We are looking for a IT Financial Operations Specialist who will join our team of a highload (200k RPS) project in Limassol office

Responsibilities

Financial Operations:

  • Collect, verify, and process invoices from IT vendors and service providers.
  • Reconcile IT expenses against budgets and ensure accurate allocation across departments/projects.
  • Maintain detailed billing records, ensuring alignment with finance and accounting requirements.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding billing discrepancies, renewals, and contract changes.

SaaS & License Management:

  • Maintain and continuously update the Trelica system for accurate SaaS inventory and license tracking.
  • Identify underutilized, duplicate, or inactive licenses to optimize costs.
  • Coordinate with department leads to ensure appropriate license allocation and renewals.
  • Generate regular reports, such as:
  • License Optimization Analysis
  • SaaS Usage Trends and Forecasts
  • Vendor Spend and Cost Reduction Opportunities

Process Development:

  • Define and document end-to-end invoice collection and management processes for IT.
  • Propose automation and integration improvements between IT and Finance systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to improve transparency and governance.
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable cross-departmental spend management function

Requirements

  • Exposure to ERP systems, accounting software, or purchase order workflows.
  • Basic familiarity with APIs or integrations between IT tools and finance systems.
  • ITIL Foundation, FinOps Practitioner, or Procurement/Finance certifications (CIPS, CAPM, etc.) are desirable but not required
