We are looking for an IT Administrator Team Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Planning: Building and leading a high-performing IT Admin team, setting priorities, distributing workload, and ensuring coverage and service quality. Driving team development, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
  • IT Infrastructure Ownership: Ensuring company-wide network and IT infrastructure stability, performance, and fault tolerance. Defining and implementing technical standards, best practices, and continuous improvements.
  • Network Architecture & Operations: Overseeing setup, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network devices. Planning network capacity and upgrades.
  • Systems Helpdesk & Escalation Management: Ensuring timely and effective resolution of day-to-day user issues, providing escalation support to the team, and maintaining high satisfaction levels through structured processes and documentation.
  • Asset & Lifecycle Management: Owning the full lifecycle of company IT assets, ensuring accurate asset tracking, lifecycle planning, timely replacements, and continuous consistency of inventory.
  • SaaS & License Management: Managing company-wide software subscriptions, renewals, compliance, and cost optimization. Ensuring transparent processes and proactive vendor management.
  • Procurement & Vendor Relations: Overseeing hardware and software purchasing, negotiating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring delivery and payment timelines are met. Managing strategic vendor relationships to support business growth.
  • In-House IT Operations: Coordinating and supervising cable management, workplace setups, and common area IT maintenance (conference rooms, shared spaces, halls, etc.). Ensuring all systems and setups follow internal standards.
  • Event & Business Continuity Support: Planning and supervising IT support for company-wide events, conferences, and corporate activities to ensure flawless equipment functionality. Coordinating backup plans and on-site team coverage.
  • Resilience & Monitoring: Designing and implementing solutions for IT infrastructure fault tolerance, monitoring systems, and disaster recovery procedures. Ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
  • Strategic Improvements: Identifying gaps and opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization across IT operations. Driving long-term improvements aligned with company growth and security needs.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of relevant IT administration experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure as a service to internal users.
  • Strong background in system administration and network engineering.
  • Practical experience managing VPN, SaaS systems, and user access lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to lead end user support (in-person and remote) with structured processes.
  • Experience handling procurement and vendor management.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Experience implementing SaaS management optimization tools.
  • Experience with network monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Background working with network integrators or communication service providers.
  • Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs & controllers.
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA or higher).
  • Experience with JAMF Pro and Apple ecosystem management.
  • Experience with Intune and Windows ecosystem management.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing solutions (e.g., Polycom, Logitech).
