Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completing migration applications, along with various related migration tasks and processes;
  • Maintain accurate human resource information system records;
  • Work to improve internal HR policies and procedures;
  • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and NDAs;
  • Facilitate employment confirmations for external use, verifying employment details and providing necessary documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Greek and/or Russian will be considered an advantage;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Computer literate (Excel, Google Sheets, Word);
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Ability to work with a team;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Excellent command of English Language.

Recruitment process

  1. HR interview (40 minutes);
  2. Interview with line manger (1 hour);
  3. Final interview with HRD (1 hour).
