Primary Focus: Prompt Engineering

• Craft and optimize prompts for advanced LLMs to yield precise, context-aware, and creative text outputs.
• Develop prompt libraries, reusable frameworks, and best practices to streamline content generation.
• Experiment with multi-agent workflows to coordinate tasks across various LLMs for complex projects or creative campaigns.
• Define LLM pipelines to generate structured LLM and Stable Diffusion prompts from unstructured data.

RAG & Data Integration

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods, incorporating internal knowledge bases, APIs, or external data sources to enhance factual accuracy.
• Collaborate with data and tech teams to optimize LLM pipelines and handle large-scale content generation. h3. Python Scripting & Automation
• Utilize Python for automating prompt generation, managing multi-agent interactions, or evaluating outputs.
• Create sophisticated prompt templates using Jinja.
• Develop and maintain scripts, tools, or integrations that enhance efficiency and content quality.

Quality Assurance & Iteration

• Conduct thorough testing of prompts and multi-agent LLM outputs to ensure accuracy and tone alignment.
• Analyze user engagement metrics (median messages per chat, average session time, average chats er user etc.) to refine prompts and copy.
• Stay current with LLM advancements, best practices, and emerging AI-driven methodologies. 

• Prompt Engineering Expertise: Proficiency in crafting and iterating prompts for LLMs.
• LLM Multi-Agent Coordination: Familiarity with orchestrating multiple LLMs or agent-based systems.
• Python Programming: Experience using Python for automation, scripting, and workflow integration.
• Masterful Writing Skills: Exceptional command of language and storytelling, with a strong portfolio.
• RAG Know-How: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and external data integration.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to review performance data and optimize prompts and copy.
